Often requirements are formalised in assessment criteria to be tested in challenging workshop environments. Our expertise is used to assess collaborative capability of bidders on behalf of contracting authorities as well as to build bid-winning skills. We apply a set of tools and metrics both to assess and develop collaborative skills.

- Individual bid support: preparing bid teams to win, helping them set up for effective delivery and dealing with emerging relationship, behavioural and performance issues
- Organisational capability: designing and delivering change programmes to increase organisational capability to win and deliver successful projects
- Bid Assessment: Designing and delivering assessment programmes to assess collaborative fit of bidders at the individual, team and organisational level.
